• Worked with Massachusetts Community Tracing Collaborative (CTC) on contact tracing efforts and provided reinforcement on tracing outreach and cluster investigations.
• Conducted outreach to businesses, citizens, and community groups in support of COVID-19 cluster investigations.
• Transmitted through Health Department channels to communicate with citizens regarding COVID-19 contact tracing and ongoing community transmission.
